  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and invoice included.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy (1 Day)

  • Returns are accepted within 1 day only from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.
  • After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Repair services, labor charges, and screen replacements once completed
  • Software, operating systems, or licenses once installed or activated

  • Used consumables (ink, toner, opened accessories)

Defective Products

Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to a store error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.
